What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where the gates to the unconscious mind are opened so that new behaviours can be embedded and become the norm.  It is a totally natural state of mind that is enhanced by mental and physical relaxation in order to access a person's inner potential to find meaningful alternatives to the current unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling or behaving.

Because the unconscious part of our minds is the holder of our unrecognised potential and also the source of many of our problems, hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including the following:
